Returns & Shipping
You can return any of our products within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. With each order of Biotrition, a return address will be fitted to the packaging. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your products must be unused and not damaged. Biotrition pouches cannot be refunded if they have been opened.
If your order is returned to us in poor condition, you won't be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please be sure to directly contact us via Messenger with any questions regarding returns.
If you have not yet received your dispatch email, we should be able to cancel your order before it is sent out. Either message us directly on Messenger or email us at BiotritionUK@gmail.com.
We are unable to offer refunds on international orders.
We aim to dispatch Biotrition orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Currently, we are using MyHermes to deliver our packages and their delivery estimate is 2-3 working days.
If it has been over 5 working days since placing your order and you have not yet received your package, please get in touch with us so we can investigate.
